A help widget with ready-made answers
A help bubble at the bottom of the screen: the visitor clicks their question, reads your answer, then can write to you through a form.
What it does
- Question and answer tree you write yourself, with related questions after each answer
- Contact button that opens a form right inside the panel
- It's not live chat: nobody answers in real time

Round bubble at the bottom right: click it, pick a question to read the answer, then "Nous écrire" opens the form. On a phone, the bubble appears after a short scroll.
